Consumer Rights – Withdrawal – Cancellation and Return Conditions

1) Withdrawal (return) period
You can exercise your right of withdrawal without giving any reason within 14 days from delivery.
2) Product status
Products to be returned must be unopened, unused, and in resalable condition . They must be sent with the invoice and all accessories, if any.
3) Return shipping fee

In case of defective/damaged/wrong shipment, the shipping cost will be covered by us .

For all other returns of withdrawals/changes of decision, the shipping costs are covered by the customer .
4) Return process and refund

Within 14 days grimsupplements@gmail.com Write to the address with your order number.

You will be provided with the return steps (and shipping label if necessary).

Once the product reaches our warehouse, it will be checked and your payment will be refunded via the same method you made payment within 10 business days at the latest .
Bank reflection times may vary.
5) Change
Exchanges may be made depending on stock availability; otherwise, a return process will be applied.
6) Products that cannot be returned (due to legislation)

Opened food supplements and hygiene products,

Products with short expiration dates/perishable products,

Custom-made products,
-
Products that cannot be mixed or separated with other products after delivery,

Opened books, software, data storage products, digital content.
Note: These exceptions do not apply to defective/damaged/wrong products.
7) Delivery and other provisions (summary)

The products are delivered to the address specified in the order within the legal period .

In case of unforeseen/force majeure circumstances, you will be notified and you can request one of the cancellation/change/postponement options.

In case of unauthorized use of the credit card or cancellation of payment by the bank, no delivery obligation arises.
